So . . . I hear that we should be drinking Apple Cider Vinegar every day. Yup. But . . . have you ever tried it? It’s horrible. After trying to endure it for awhile I finally gave it up. because I just couldn’t stand it.
But I found a way. I’ve taken to making smoothies which I absolutely love, so it occurred to me to try putting an ounce of Apple Cider Vinegar into my smoothie. The smoothie is already a bit tart because I make it with oranges, so maybe I wouldn’t even taste the Apple Cider Vinegar?
By golly, it works. I can taste it in the smoothie, but only because I know it’s there. This is going to work!
